Burger food without burger 4 youngest son

Gym freak had a working day
Opportunity for few minutes talk

I asked about a 2 min opinion in food change
Her answer:
“Stay away from white bread, rice, pasta and potatoes. Replace them with vegetables”

I know she is talking out from the worldly point of view, her center for talking is as much of world is losing weight, is not my goal, and my center is Torah, how my creator wants me to live.

Fact is my weight is something that might turn them fanatics both blue and red in head if I mention it – smiling – and I don’t coz the machinery that once was in house able to measure, was not capable to handle the pressure in house – it is up to reader to figure out if it was the weight of the wife in house, or it was the penchant of husband to tear down walls in house, that caused the dead of weight.

House here has not been overwhelmed by vegetables during time I am to admit. Husband chose not to eat as much vegetables – is a question about vitamin K, oldest son likes most of them veggies. Then there is the youngest son, oi perhaps the mother spoiled that poor kid!!!

“I don’t eat salad”

Hm
The mother learned during time, but what to do, what to do I wondered.

Ok! The mother used nasty tricks, I know.

“But burger is with salad too”
“Salad in burger I like to eat”

Done deal, sealed – and vitamin and fiber rich food is now introduced to household for good!

Salad, meat, raw, boiled, fried veggies
Not as much: bread, potatoes, rice, and pasta business

At this point of time I do not have the courage to try to explain what the difference is for the body – at least not all “the technical” details, only it is a question is not about the speed of food between mouth and – smiling – deposit and just before dumping room in body, that is almost same timeframe but how well is the energy stored in the muscles, and therefore fuel to keeping blood sugar in a stabile manner

!!!!! oi this language is tough in times!!!!!


Actually my thoughts were that what difference is between the 2 kinds of bread. I am a simple girl, and prefers simple solutions

Almost nothing from the group of food mentioned
Instead veggies

That is what I ended up with

If you can´ t handle the answer, never even think asking the Q!!

That is if the question is between human!!

If the question is to the mighty one
Then the handle matter is not an issue
Is a fact

Or even if one did not ask any question, one can run into a situation that an answer hits the wall!

I asked the gym genius at work today the difference between walk/run and the exercise bike

Multiply with 3 or 4!!

End up in: “this particular way was not exactly what was perfect for me”

Is about to figure out something else
And try again

And how many different situations one has to go through
Until one finally finds what exactly fits to be the best
Giving up is not an option, that is crucified once and for all!!

No matter what in life
No matter what situation one is facing in life
Only way is to ask YHVH for showing what to do

No gain in running against the wind
Ææææææææææ says a very well knowing stiff neck!!

I am resting in that I am heard, and always YHVH is ready for me in no matter what. I can ask anything, smiling so I surely do. During my everyday am more or less always in communication somehow with the Mighty One
