Human skin is breathing and more fragile that most think. During our daily day we may treat our outside in many harsh ways

All over our skin are not plastic, all over our body there are breathing pores
If any doubt think about garlic

Uhm, I still remember a certain time husband in house were convinced it was very healthy to eat few cloves of garlic every day

first day was bearable. Second day the smell appeared stronger
stronger and stronger for each day
until I suggested him to sleep in the green house
at that time whole house were a stinking bomb I say

for years I been careful in what way I treated my skin. what I have in mind is :soap, lotion house cleaning components and so on

During my work I am to handle a many different products, that goes both for lotions and soap, and cleaning products as well

It is a job that requires that I washes my hands many times during a day
elderly people can be extremely fragile and are often attacked fast and easy from outer coming bacteria’s - I have to be careful, I am not to bring sicknesses between citizens

And something like: “put on your skin what you want to eat only” an idea – sigh and when Lone got an idea - Lone needs to give it try, is like I got this = between idea and act

Is a line I intent to practice as good as I can and dive into treatments of hair
Chamomile, tea, eggs, baking soda
