Think I already mentioned that I once tried to lose weight in which was a success, obvious that kilos retuned a second after I ended the mistreating of myself, and began to eat in the same pattern as before!

I mind dived into this topic, and decided: “Either doesn’t care in what weight, or do something about it”

And I did not care how big I actually were

I am to be in charge in the holy life that I am given

My beloved almighty is nothing about denial oneself anything
It is more like

Be in charge
And that means
Be in charge in every specter of what is in sight
Conquer areas in life one at the time

Brake circles present
