Bread which we successfully harass our children!!

Efforts should be! The stomach must be challenged; it must not impose white bread in abundance

In this home it is husband that is the chef and a very good one too. He is the one that is baking our bread. The Danish bread is for some rare, mostly eaten in Denmark ONLY, as far as I know. Rye bread, and in Danish it is:”Rugbrød”

We eat it, slices it and put on different kind of…. Meat for instance

Stomach is indeed an important matter. As is the drain from there, peristalsis – to optimize this, we have to eat stuff our body cannot obtain, but are necessary for us, I excluded white bread as much as possible.

Something that is important to notice and keep in the back of mind, if one adds more fibers; one equal has to drink more water

Rugbrød !

Sourdough:
Yeast should be 1-2 days at room temperature before use.

Pipes yeast in lukewarm water. Add rye flour and salt. Pour in a tall, slender container and let it stand covered with a lid or aluminum foil at room temperature, like a little warmer in 48-60 hours. Leaven must change color to light tan.



Lukewarm water poured into a large mixing bowl, add sourdough. Under continued stirring, add salt, linseed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, rye kernels and rye flour. Must Total stirred for 10 min.

2 dl. dough out from the rest divided into 2 loaf shape, then covered and left at room temperature for min 12 hours.

Bake at 170 degrees for approx. 1 ½ hours. Taken out of the mold and dry in the heat of the oven for approx. 2 hours.

The new leaven must also be at room temperature for 12 hours, then refrigerate for 4 to 6 weeks.


Rugbrød 2

Yeast friable and stirred into the water, there is lunette at 35 degrees C.

Salt, flour and crushed rye add and knead the dough until it is glossy and smooth. The dough cover with a damp cloth and close two hours.

The dough beaten down and shaped into a loaf, placed in a greased baking form and raise 45 minutes.

Bread brushed with water and bake at 250grader C for approx. 45 minutes.

The last 15 minutes of baking time taken bread out of the mold and bake at the plate, so the crust becomes brittle.

These boots R made for walking!!

Think I already mentioned that I once tried to lose weight in which was a success, obvious that kilos retuned a second after I ended the mistreating of myself, and began to eat in the same pattern as before!

I mind dived into this topic, and decided: “Either doesn’t care in what weight, or do something about it”

And I did not care how big I actually were
If anyone had any problems with this issue, then it for sure were there issue

Smiling, it is not considered as OK with an attitude like that I tell ya!!
Smiling even more, actually kind a fun having discernment when people are wrinkling nose in indignation – shhhhhhhhhhhh Lone! BEEhave now, public that blog!!

Oldest son uses my bike every day to work, I wonder this day is my day off, and should I perhaps go buy a pair of new shoes and hick the road a bit now and then!

We know that we should limit our intake of fat, but the body needs some fat, so we must simultaneously also choose the fats that are healthiest.

The definition of healthy fats are unsaturated fats typically found in vegetable oils as olive, canola, avocado, nuts and almonds.

We have chosen three oils out of the large range and found recipes that highlight their particular tastes.

There are olive oil, which is particularly known from the Mediterranean.

From New Zealand comes the new product on the Danish market Avocado Oil.

Last comes Denmark very own product Rapeseed oil - because we can too well himself.

Did you know: Cold Pressed oils have a stronger flavor and color? Moreover, their content of vitamins and antioxidants preserved.

Did you know: Heat Pressed oils is not as healthy as the cold-pressed. They are typically used for frying and frying.

These are called essential fatty acids and belongs to the unsaturated fats. They include important for the structure of cell surface regulation of blood pressure, kidney function and immune system.

10.000 reasons to eat raw dices

Husband is clearing up the mess in the room he uses for tools ….and so on
These were the rooms that were used for “storehouse” during the time he remolded the house.

Oh my – and same time it is the room husband chose to smoke his pipe. Small steps, and zik zak has been necessary in this space I tell ya. Poor husband has not been easy, smiling nor is he promised easy, he is married this Viking.

Yesterday I came with the dices. Oi they were still percent on the surface of the earth!! Good.

That reminds me, there is this game!!

One are allowed to – oh this language – what is it in English, a cup of leather, shaking hand, and bottom up? I have no idea!

One can do that as many time as one likes! Is a simple matter – a decision.
Ahh and as long that one can remove dice/dices with points

Goes as:
1=100 points
Unless there is 3 at a time then it is = 1000 points
5=50 points
Unless there is 3 at a time then it is = 500 points
2, 3, 4, 6 =no points
Unless there is 3 at a time then it is
200 points
300 points
400points
600 points

1, 2, 3, 4, 5 at one time =1.000 points
2, 3, 4, 5, 6 at one time =1.000 points

Ææ that is unless if first time one removes 1 or 5 and next time they all have to b present to b counted as points

If one removes all dices with points, one can go on as much one likes
But
If all dices with no points
Nothing can b written on the paper as point!

Ah and this game suits a bowl with beautiful vegetables to the players!

Natural sources of inulin


Plants that contain high concentrations of inulin include:

Inulin is a sugar with the special characteristic that it is not degraded by human digestive enzymes and therefore pass largely undigested through the stomach and small intestine. Inulin is a carbohydrate composed of long chains of glucose closed, hence the name fructooligosaccharider (VMS). Several studies have shown that foods rich in inulin, a number of health-promoting properties. In addition, studies show that inulin can reduce blood levels of fats.
