Body language

Communication an issue of extremely importance
Most important is communication between YHVH and his child
The listen part is focus in all communication

Mankind is created with two ears that are why they talk twice as much as the listening part!

Listen to the body should be easy
Smiling
Body language!

If mankind has the desire to overhear the voice of YHVH
It is way too easy

If mankind has the desire to overhear what the body tries to express
It is way too easy

If I acknowledge I do something out of pure habit
I know if a habit is acknowledged it is possible to break it

Joh 8:32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Interference between signals

Which signal do I choose to b my leading input?
Which will guide me to which action?

Plate whit a dish cans most of all look like a beauty in art
More than a dish
Spices, herbs, a mix of impressions that meets the nose

The eyes has a say

The nose has a say

Should taste buds have the final word?
Satiety feeling contra the huge selfish self

Life is a matter of decision

There is a time difference between food inputs in the food processer from teeth to stomach, and from stomach actually reaches the brain with a signal that large that is impossible to overhear

It is possible to consume a quantity of food
And that is labeled unnecessary consumption

The question is
Is it me that has to be in control over the food?
Or is it food that should be in control over my actions

Rom 6:12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.

For some it may be beneficial to drink a glass of water or a glass of buttermilk about half an hour before eating

How much food that is on the plate, yes even the size of the plate can have a psychological impact

How many times one likes a refill, it can be a good idea to decide this ahead of the meal, or even to make a decision in this once and for all

How much time do the individual use for each meal? Is the food swallowed, must the chew mechanism have a slightly adjusting

Stability is a word I like to be a part of my everyday

Habit, the rabbit run away!

Worldly mindset into Bible mindset

Oh me oh my
I tell you guys that is not exactly the easiest

Already the second day I forgot to eat breakfast, HELLO just had a tiny thing going on here, small question had dawned on the horizon of mind, and I had to dive into answer department, suddenly time had disappeared into off to work attitude, and e sword tuned away

Not that it is my first issue to turn in mind, at this point of time I should be used to it. Not sure I do but maybe it has been more easy to see the similarity in the how.

Best as I think YAY I finally got it
Then it all appears as if what was build up just scrambled away in a split second

And back rebuilding
Just stronger n better


Actually it is the hardest mankind can do

Psychology teaches that people have to accept new knowledge in mind before something new can be added and the pattern in the newness has to fit with what is already there…….

Going from over hearing what my body expresses into listen and obey modem, the opposite direction

As written in an earlier post, my little box has to follow into car

Refrigerator is refilled when needed
Husband found that it is handy to pick some into his cooking
Not too much though his nose is a bit allergic to vitamins

As I drive during day I frequently jump into my raw vegetables
In times it looks like that I eat during all my driving minutes

A little trick is not to be hungry at any time
And water, I love water, uhm it is made by an expert
I drink a lot of water during the day too

Aha in Denmark we call it: “Gåsevin” which in English is “goose wine”

I have done a lot of thinking as preparation before I began this
One thing I made up in mind was that

I would eat what I liked to eat
I would like what I was eating

Only

And do need to say that I am extreme careful in what I think, and what I say about the food I am eating!

Dansih "knækbrød"

"Knæk 1"

1 dl oat
1 dl sesame seeds
1 dl Linseed
1 dl solar grains not
1dl pumpkin seeds
3 ½ dl Wheat flour
2 dl water
1 dl oil
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp salt

Approach:
Oatmeal, sesame seeds, linseed, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, wheat flour, baking powder and salt Stir together. Add water and oil and pipe out to a smooth dough that is shared in two equal portions.

Roll them out between two pieces of greaseproof paper, remove the top layer and cut them out with a pizza cutter into desired size pieces. Sprinkle any extra sesame or linseed.

"Knæk 2"

Ingredients: 1 dl. oatmeal
1 dl. sesame seeds
1 dl. linseed
1 dl. sunflower seeds
1 dl. pumpkin
2.5 dl. flour
1 dl. rye flour
1 tsp. salt
1.25 dl. olive oil
2 dl. water

Pens Ling:
1 egg

Decorations:
a sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds flaxseed finally
sunflower seeds and pumpkin seed roasted golden in a dry pan, and all the ingredients mix.
the dough is divided into two equal pieces and roll out thinly. this is done most easily by rolling out the dough between two pieces of baking paper directly on the plate.
then cut the roll out dough on the plate into the appropriate pieces. either large or crispbread, or less as biscuits. Whip the egg and brush the dough on top, then sprinkled with either sesame seeds, linseed or poppy seeds.

it bake in a 200 g hot oven for 15-20 minutes until it is golden.

recipe is for two baking sheets.


Idea;

If you like, you can easily vary crispbread, try eg. getting parmasan cheese and a sprinkle rosemary on one half of dough. or poppy seeds, cumin or something else.

Losing weight is the issue

Few days ago I meet the girl I recently was studying with

And she asked if I were about to do something serious about it

!!!!

She is walking in the world speaking Christianity
And I might been vaguely wavering in my speak in this very issue

I tried world way :) once
That stinks!
And terminated

Uhm, how could I explain that it is all about waves?

My point is it has to be Bible way
Life is a movement from one point to another, basically

Another way to express this, is: mankind is not meant to stand physically or mentally at the same needle spot in universe

Bible teaches me the importance of what I am using my mind
Mind reflects my action, my action reflects my mind

Me losing weight is beginning in mind
I am very careful in what I think about the food my mighty YHVH made for me
I am very careful in what I say about the food my mighty YHVH made for me

Time is added this place, time is important
And fuel

Most important fuel first
YHVH

Then something for stomach
I really vote for fast food

BEFORE - smiling - I was too good in overhearing what body told me
At, work for instance. Who would bother to bring foodsigh strong Viking, and just going on without food. Bit more coffee and that would do. Ya, that is past. (Sigh, and I imagine a few ups here and there, now and then, coz after all, I know that Viking by now)

Carrots, red pepper, cabbage and fruit – yes and bread, and especially homemade bread husband is baking

In sizes that is easy to handle
